| Otis Finck: Mr. Hafeni Sebulon, Swakopmund based professional boxer Danny Boy and P.J Systems joined forces and will stage a boxing tournament at the Medulethu Hall in Mondesa Swakopmund on 30 January. The main aim of the event is to uplift and promote boxing in the Erongo Region where there is no shortage of boxing talent according to the organizer Mr Sebulon Hafeni. A ten rounds bout between professional punch throwers Danny Boy and Joseph Katentda tops the evening's action. Danny Boy recorded four wins and suffered one defeat in five fights. Katenda registered 4 wins and suffered two defeats. Edison Kadukwa (4 wins and 1 defeat) will exchange punches with Abraham Ndayetapo (5 wins and one defeat). Gotlieb Ndokosho (5 wins and 1 defeat) will be up against Paulus Kapia (6 wins and 1 defeat) in other pro-fessional bouts scheduled for the day. There will also be some amateur fights.
