Tierschutzverein (S.P.C.A.) Swakopmund NOT closing

The community of Swakopmund is advised not to listen to rumour mongers who say the town’s SPCA (Tierschutzverein Swakopmund) is closing down. Individuals with unknown intentions have been spreading this rumour in recent days.

In a media statement yesterday the Tierschutzverein Swakopmund (S.P.C.A.) confirmed it is not closing down. The organisation said it is still standing strong “to be the voice of the voiceless” and urged people not to belief this malicious rumour.
The organisation also used the moment to thank its donors and supporters and gave assurances that donations will continue to be spend wisely and with great accountability.
