9 200 tons of wheat and 33 000 tons of coal offloaded

The bulk carrier African Lily discharges 9 200 tons of wheat at the bulk terminal in the port of Walvis Bay today. Namibia relies on bulk wheat imports. The wheat is value added locally into several consumer food items. Apart from the wheat, the bulk carrier Paolo U is also expected alongside this week to discharge 33 000 tons of bulk coal.
