Anti-Corruption Commission requests trace accused in corrupt case file ACC ERO-18-002731FK and in corrupt case file ACC.HQO-14-001173 (CR NUMBER 687/06/2014)
The Anti-Corruption Commission urgently requests the public to assist with the tracing of Mr Tomas Iipinge and Mr Brown Abraham, also known as Rasta. They are wanted in connection with corruption cases being investigated by the Anti- Corruption Commission.
Mr Iipinge is expected to appear in court on charges of Contravening Section 35 (1) (a) of the Anti-Corruption Act, Act No 8 of 2003. His last known address was house number 143, Usab Karibib when he was employed by K Neumayer Civil Contractors at the Desert Lion Mine outside Karibib. He previously stayed at house number 1928 TransNamib, Tseiblaagte Keetmanshoop and it is not known where he currently resides. Mr Iipinge was born in Oshakati in the Oshana region. Mr Abraham, ID number 75011200108 is an accused person in a corruption case involving an amount of NS4 945 05,15 and has been absent from court (Windhoek Regional Court) since 15 October 2018. His last known address was Rehoboth Erf. 1164 Block E. Mr Abraham, the owner of Brown Nekongo Investment, was arrested on 20 June 2014, and was released on bail of N$30 000.00. Mr Abraham failed to appear in court on 15 October 2018 and 25 October 2018 respectively. A warrant of arrest was issued for him and his case is postponed to 25 – 29 October 2019.
