Betts and Smalley crowned new Swakopmund Jetty Mile Champs

Max Betts and Molina Smalley are the new Pupkewitz Jetty Mile champions in the male and female categories respectively.

Approximately 200 participants competed in the 15th edition of the Pupkewitz Jetty Mile that started at Tiger Reef, past the Jetty into a wide berth around the Mole and into the bay towards the Main Beach Finnish Line on 27 December 2021.
Betts finished a nautical mile or approximately 1 850 meters in a time 22 minutes and 19 seconds. Smalley finish in a time 24 minutes and 48 seconds.  Smalley finished in a time of 24 minutes and 48 seconds.
