Biggest Investment of its kind for Narraville

Ground work will soon kick-off to start phase 1 of the new stylish Pelikan Platz, a lifestyle complex which will be located next to the “Walvis Bay – Swakopmund” road’s off-ramp to Narraville. Pelikan Platz is a collection of 282 private ownership homes to be built in 9 phases. The first phase will be done by March 2017.
Its the first development project of this magnitude in Narraville, at a total investment of N$300 million, with Reydev Holdings Pty (Ltd) at the wheel of it all. The complex will consist of 16 blocks of 4 storeys each and 6 apartment units per floor. Phase 1 will consist of 36 units and a platform will be set for a Communal Centre and Children’s recreational facility. There is also a planned small convenient retail centre with possibly more opportunities of other facilities to serve the community.
Reydev representative, Jacques Reyneke, took the time to speak to namib times about the promising new project, “our aim is to provide a stylish and high quality lifestyle complex at an affordable price. We are looking into fast food franchises that we can bring to the shopping centre area, as well as a possible pharmacy.”
True to affordability, prices of units in phase 1 range from N$795 000 to N$998 000, with a launch special ranging from N$757 000 to N$950 000 until 30 June.
