Car hits train at railway crossing

A black BMW reportedly slammed into the third carriage of a train on Sunday evening at the DRC railway crossing near the Swakopmund roadblock.
The incident occurred as the train was passing the the rail crossing.
The driver, who was the sole occupant, was transported to hospital by the Swakop State Ambulance for evaluation, but sustained minor injuries only.
