Cricket World Cup for players over the age of 50
Namibia has agreed to participate in the Over-50 Cricket World Cup that will be hosted in Cape Town from 9-25 March 2020.
The twelve participating countries are: Australia, New Zealand, England, Wales, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Canada, South Africa, India, West Indies, Namibia and Zimbabwe.
To qualify to play in the Over-50 Cricket World Cup you have to be over fifty years of age.
A Management Committee was appointed to coordinate team selection and tournament participation. Should you qualify (you need to be fifty years and older on the cut-off date when the World Cup begins on 9 March next year.
