Desert Iron & Steel Club Champs

On Saturday, 06 October 2018, the Walvis Bay Golf Club held its annual Walvis Bay Club Championship to determine the Champion Golfer of the year in the Club.

This is one of the club’s flagship events and the turnout was substantially more than in 2017. 33 Players entered and had to play 2 rounds of golf on the day.
Format for the day was individual medal. The weather was good, the greens super slick and some great golf was played over all the 3 divisions. Desert Iron & Steel promised to be back next year. Thank you very much.
