Disgrace

This police vehicle was spotted using a parking bay reserved for the disabled at the METLIFE Plaza in Walvis Bay. The member of the public who took the picture followed the police officer into a nearby supermarket and saw the person is not physically challenged and was doing ordinary grocery shopping.
