Expo officially opened

The Namport Erongo Business and Tourism Expo was officially opened at the Walvis Bay civic centre on Wednesday morning, welcoming the public in to view the stalls and exhibits. The Expo ends tomorrow.

The opening was marked by Walvis Bay Mayor Clr. Alderman Immanuel Wilfred who cut the ribbon. Entertainment of guests at the opening function was provided by the well-known Marimba Band as well as the Duinesig Combined and Flamingo Primary school choirs. The Namport Erongo Business and Tourism Expo 2017 is made possible by Namport as the main sponsor while organised and presented by Expo Studio Namibia, the recently hosted gala dinner and opening was done in collaboration with Astrid Surtie of Miracle Events.
