Father and son shine at finale circuit race

 Coastal race driver Allan Martin shines at final circuit race of the year at the Tony Rust race track hosted by the Windhoek Motor Club (WMC).

Allan Martin set a new circuit racing track record for racing clockwise in one minute, nine seconds, 354 milliseconds (1:09.354) in the Class A category. This was the first-time drivers raced clockwise. The track is always raced in an anti-clockwise direction. The old record stood at 01:03:95.

Zachary Martin did good in the Class B section as he ended third overall.

Allan said “It was a flawless weekend for myself and my son Zachary Martin. I managed to get 3 first places and the track record of 1.09.354. To all the Angolans it was really a pleasure to race with you guys; we will return the favor next year”
