FNB gives big to SWAITEX

First National Bank of Namibia supported the 2016 Swakopmund International Trade Expo (SWAITEX) with an amount of N$ 100 000. The bank’s strategy is based on 4 P’s namely people, partnerships, planet and profit and being involved in and with the trade expo forms part of the partnership pillar. The event took place from 13 to 15 October.

According to the Area Sales and Service Manager in the Erongo region Mr Brian Kandanga, the bank’s activities at the expo were manifold as the bank promoted investments, EasyBond home loans as well as vehicle finance and insurance. Furthermore, customers who opened a Lifestyle Account with FNB at the expo and those who opened an account at the new FNB Staff-Less Branch at Platz Am Meer Shopping Mall in Swakopmund automatically qualified for a draw of a Samsung J2 cellular.
The FNB stand also promoted Treasure your Chest as October was cancer month and for every account opened at the stand, N$10 was donated to the Cancer Association of Namibia. “We also bought Cancer T-shirts and N$500 from the purchases made was donated to the Cancer Association of Namibia as well,” adds Kandanga.
“We are truly excited about our partnership with the Namibia Chamber of Commerce and Industry Swakopmund (NCCI) and hope that it can expand as we continue efforts of assisting with SWAITEX,” enthused Kandanga.
