FNB supports Project Shine

Project Shine, an initiative of the Swakopmund Municipality aimed at keeping the town and surrounding areas clean, was launched last week. FNB Namibia supported the 2019 initiative with N$10 000.
Mayor or Swakopmund, Pauline Nashilundo: “The Swakopmund Municipality remains committed to retaining the cleanliness of the main roads at the coast, as well as the beaches”.
“As a responsible citizen we have supported Project Shine 2019 to continue their work of promoting cleanliness, recycling and contributing to the social upliftment within the Swakopmund community.
We have invested heavily in the development and protection of the Environment, Economy and the Society in which we operate. I want to thank the team of Project Shine for their hard work and for playing an active role in the guardianship of our environment, particularly in the Swakopmund area”, said Tienie Mouton, FNB Coastal & Southern Regional Manager.
