Hospital staff raises questions after group of Chinese nationals seemingly got Covid vaccines
A group of Chinese nationals were spotted at the Walvis Bay state hospital on Monday, presumably receiving their Covid-19 vaccines. Some of the vehicles in which these individuals arrived at the hospital bore registration numbers of several towns outside the Erongo- and Khomas Regions.
“Hospital staff alerted the newspaper. “What we as state hospital staff want to know is how can people from outside these two regions receive the vaccine? Are the people part of the target group that must be vaccinated first?”
The reporter tried to ask questions to some of the Chinese nationals, to check the validity of the hospital staff’s claim. Everyone refused to comment.
