Inter school Tournament

The Inter school Tournament for children and juniors will be hosted by the Reiterverein Swakopmund (RVS) from 1-3 March.

The draws are up, the plaits are in and 27 riders and 42 horses are currently conducting their final preparations to compete in the Interschool Tournament. Friday, 1 March, is set aside for the riders briefing as well as allowing weary horses and riders to settle in.
The Pony Rider Preliminaries and Novices, NAMEF Lollipop Test, Junior Preliminaries and Novices, Pony Rider Elementary, Course Walk, Time Slalom Race as well as various height competitions are set to take place tomorrow. The day will end with an X-Country Fun Competition.
Riders will compete in a variety of competitions including Precision and Speed, High Jump, 36 Point Accumulator ending with a final parade and prize giving on Sunday 3 March.
The participating schools are Alexanders Private School, International School Walvis Bay, Wolsey Hall Oxford, Pro Ed Akademie, Privat Schule Swakopmund, Windhoek Gymnasium, Deusche Hoehere Privat Schule, Edugate Academy, Namib High School, Namib Primary School and The Dolphin Schools.
