Labour expert jailed for contempt of court

A prominent figure in Namibia’s labour legislation circles, Mrs Heidi Rossouw, was jailed for thirty days in Walvis Bay on Tuesday, upon conviction for contempt of court.

Rossouw reportedly missed a court appearance in a motion court hearing and was subsequently jailed for thirty days.
