“Love Boat” here in April

With tomorrow set for a record day for the port of Wavis Bay, when a total of three passenger liners will be alongside simultaneously, the rally of passenger ships visiting during January 2019 also shifted up a notch. A total of five passenger liners were originally scheduled t call during January. However, the number now stands at six, because on 30 January the passenger liner Ocean Dream is scheduled to call.

No passenger liners have confirmed any call at the port of Walvis Bay for February. In March three passenger liners are set to call. These are: Seabourn Sojourn (1 March); Crystal Serenity (17 March); and 31 March Silver Cloud. During April four passenger liners will make scheduled calls. These are: Pacific Princess, carrying the name of her famous predecessor the Pacific Princess on which the eighties television series, “The Love Boat” was filmed. The others are Queen Victoria, Silver Whisper and Viking Sun.
