Man arrested for sexual relationship with 13-year-old

A 28-year-old man was arrested on Friday in Kuisebmond’s Tutaleni, on suspicions of having a sexual relationship with a girl of 13-years-old. The incident which led to his arrest was on 15 March this year when the perpetrator allegedly had sex with the minor girl.

The alleged sexual perpetrator and victim lives on the same premises in different shacks in Tutaleni’s Ekhodi Street.
The man was arrested and made a first appearance in the Walvis Bay magistrates court yesterday on a count of rape.
