Demand for Megabuild’s unique and varied product lines that serve the home-owner, homemaker and business alike has grown and we have revamped and broadened our offering in Walvis Bay, expanding our branch that first opened in 1962. Our Walvis Bay branch will celebrate her 60th in style and support the group’s ethos of customer service through excellence. Clients now have a modern and refreshing shopping experience, catering to their every need. The store in Walvis Bay has a floor-space of 2 500m2 with several new departments, including SpecTiles, which has its own showroom. Design items and ideas, and a smorgasbord of imported interior products, are now available to our coastal customers, along with expert advice and guidance.
The new Garden Centre at Megabuild Walvis Bay offers a turnkey solution from a wide variety of plants, fertilisers, planters, irrigation solutions, water-saving options, compost tumblers, gardening tools, garden sheds and even patio furniture. All of these products are backed up by well-trained staff to advise clients on the best possible purchase. Enjoy a cup of coffee in the coffee shop next to the Garden Centre, to plan the next project.
Megabuild is particularly proud of the fact that more jobs were created in Walvis Bay, coupled with training and advancement opportunities. We also welcome the opportunity to contribute to the growth of high-quality infrastructure along the coast and offering retail and wholesale consumers alike the best possible price and product lines, backed up with skills.
The store, yard and parking have an easy flow design with more parking, and there is a new entrance and parking for the yard, adding convenience for our contractors.
