Missing man

It is alleged that Mr Joel Araeb, (77) a resident of Hakhaseb Location in Usakos, went missing last week Wednesday at around 11:00.

Araeb allegedly told his wife that he was going to his daughter’s house at the Saamstaan suburb, but he did not reach his daughter’s home and his whereabouts is unknown. “According to the family he suffers from hypertension.
The wife cannot remember how he was dressed. There is no photo available at this stage” said the Erongo regional crime investigating coordinator Erastus Iikuyu. He further said the search for the Araeb is active but to no success at this moment in time.

· In another unrelated incident, an adult allegedly had sexual intercourse with a 12-year-old girl without her consent in Omdel location, Henties Bay. The incident took place last week. The suspect is known but is still on the run. Investigations continue.
