More accidents caused by loss of control

A driver managed to emerge from the wreckage of his vehicle unscathed on Tuesday evening, after he lost control over the vehicle and overturned it on the B2 route near Karibib. Wet road conditions caused the driver to lose control of the vehicle.

In another accident, two South African tourists sustained injuries in a motorcycle accident on the C14 near Solitaire, also on Tuesday.
Emergency services were dispatched to the scene. Both the injured were transported to the Walvis Bay State Hospital, but were later transferred to Windhoek for specialist care due to the nature of their injuries. The details on what caused the incident are unclear.
On Monday evening, a driver lost control of his vehicle on the C35 road near Uis, causing it to overturn. This is one of many similar incidents on this notorious gravel road. There was no indication of any injuries sustained.
