Namib Times first edition

The first edition of the namib times was on the street in Swakopmund and Walvis Bay on the morning of 5 December 1958. Initially it was published only on Fridays.
The newspaper was first printed in Swakopmund and later printing operations moved to Walvis Bay. In 1985 the newspaper acquired its very own printing machines. Between 1985 and mid-2017 the newspaper was printed at the namib times head office in Sam Nujoma Avenue. Since August 2017 the newspaper is printed by Word Press Namibia in Windhoek.
