Namibian Sevens Team at the Coast

F45 Training, the most innovative, challenging and systemised team training workout in the world has made it possible for the Namibian National Sevens team that will participate at the Rugby Africa’s Sevens tournament to be held from 13 to 14 October 2018 in Tunisia.
Andrea & Craig Williams from F45 Training said that the National Team will be doing a Hollywood session on Saturday afternoon at 16:00 and a Playoffs test on Sunday morning at 9:00 at the F45 Training studio that is situated at 88 Langer Heinrich Crescent, Industrial Area Walvis Bay.
The team will be have a coaching clinic form school on Saturday from 9:00 to 10:30 at the sports field of Walvis Bay Private High Schools and from 11:00 they will have a training session.
All supporters are welcome to meet the players at F45 Training studios and at the Walvis Fees as well as their training session that will be at the Walvis Bay Private High Schools.
