Nampol surprises school – search at Tutaleni High School – 13 troublemakers identified

Nampol members in Walvis Bay paid an unannounced visit to the Tutaleni High School and confiscated undesired items from learners on Friday. Thirteen learners were identified as troublemakers subsequently.

In the surprise school search, police confiscated among many items, cell phones, parts scissors, broken pieces of mirror and glass. The Principal of the school applauded the officers for a very professional and coordinated operation. The school was advised to engage the parents of the learners who were identified as troublemakers and to get social workers involved. This was the start of many school search operations in the future…
