NFK Jiu-Jitsu at GI Championships

The Namibia Kickboxing Federation (NKF) will be represented at the African Continental Pro Jiu-Jitsu Championships – GI from the 2-3 March in Cape Town South Africa.
Jiu-Jitsu students Ankia Retzke, Giano Alcock, Lesley !Hoabeb and Delano Müller are all from the Namibia RCFAI & Kickboxing Academy in Walvis Bay and are well prepared for the championships.
It will be the first time that the NFK will be sending a woman to participate in an inter-national competition. Ankia Retzke the first woman Jiu-Jitsu student to represent Namibia is ready and will make the country and the NFK proud.
Giano Alcock, Delano Müller and Lesley !Hoaëb participated at the UAEJJF Pro Na-tional Jiu-Jitsu Cham-pionship on 1- 2 December 2018 in South Africa where they won 2 Gold and two x 5 places.
At the Pro National Jiu-Jitsu Championship Giano Alcock won the Gold medal in the 38kg division and Delano Müller secured Gold in the open division.
Lesley !Hoaëb ended in 5th place in the under 77kg as well as in the Ultimate open division.
