NPBC have bragging rights at the coast

After successfully hosting the first round of the 2021 the Namibia Bowling Association (NBA) national league the second round between Namib Park Bowling Club (NPBC) and Rossmund Bowling Club (RBC) over the past weekend in Swakopmund and Walvis Bay was exciting.

The men’s teams form NPBC beat their counterparts of RBC with one point and the NPBC women’s beat the RBC women 22-16 with the RCB mix team beat NPBC’s mix team with 4 points at the Rossmund fields in Swakopmund on Saturday 17 April.
The men and women of NPBC brought everything to the bowling field on Sunday 18 April as they beat their counterparts of RBC with 10 and 7 points respectively but lost in the mix section with 2 points against RCB at the NPBC field at the Jan Wilken Stadium in Walvis Bay.
The third round of the NBA league will be held on the weekend of 3 and 4 July with Namib Park travelling to Windhoek to battle the central bowling clubs while the final round will take place during the weekend of 24 and 25 July, with central bowling clubs travelling to the coastal town of Swakopmund for the final showdown.
