Office of the Messenger of Court closed – Covid-19

The legal fraternity of Walvis Bay was notified on Wednesday that the office of the Messenger of the Court will be closed, after one of the staffers tested positive for the Coronavirus.
Resumption of service is scheduled for Monday, 14 June.
The closure is expected to delay legal services, as it is the main functions of the Messenger of the Court to issue summonses and notice of executions in civil matters.
