Offshore Race

The Walvis Bay to Swakopmund OFF SHORE RACE will be held on the 26th of December 2018 at the Walvis Bay Yacht Club.

The first possible start will be at 10h00. The normal 10 minute countdown starting procedure will apply. The course is from Walvis Bay to Swakopmund. Details will be obtained at the skippers meeting.
Different boat classes will be started at different times. Starting times will be posted on the notice board with the Skippers meeting at 09h00 at Walvis Bay Yacht Club breakfast will be served for those who wish to eat.
The entrance fee;
Skipper N$ 150.00
N$ 90.00 (under 18 years)
Crew N$ 80.00
N$ 60.00 (under 18 years)
ENTRIES: Entrance forms available at the Regatta Office on the day of the event.
CLASSES: Race is open for ALL Classes.
SAILING INSTRUCTIONS: Will be posted on the notice board.
PRIZE GIVING: 30th Dec 2018 at 18h00 in the WBYC Pavilion
