Erongo education briefs Deputy Minister on its woes

Education service delivery in the Erongo Region is hampered by a number of factors, including political interference. Other factors include a lack of funds to upkeep public schools and hostels, classroom space, lack of science laboratories and a lack of qualified teachers – among others to teach science.

The above challenges were highlighted on Friday by the Director of the Welwitschia Education Region, Ernfriede Stephanus. Erongo resorts under the Welwitschia Education Region. Stephanus briefed the Deputy Minister of Education, Anna Nghipondoka, who visited schools in Erongo to learn first-hand….
