Possession of drugs lands four behind bars

Joseph Swaartbooi (25) and Leonard Jagger (45), were arrested in the DRC informal settlement in Swakopmund last week when they were found with 14 ballies of cannabis and 14 quarters of mandrax tablets valued at N$500 during police operations. This was confirmed by police crime investigation co-ordinator Erastus Iikuyu.
