Road Construction – no warning signs

Two stationary cars severely damaged after a third slammed into them at the road construction site about 30 km from Swakopmund.

A Mercedes Benz parked behind the newly received vehicle of Mr. Mark Liebenberg, on the B2 was hit from behind by a third car, a Toyota Corolla, which caused the Mercedes to slam into the vehicle of Mr Liebenberg on Sunday 19 August. No injuries were reported. This, after they were stopped by a construction worker at a site on the B2, where resurfacing work on the road are being done. The construction worker had nothing but a red flag in his hand and a single cone in the road.
