Rugby day at Narraville Stadium

With the long weekend coming up, Kudus Rugby Club will hold a Rugby day Saturday 1 June at Narraville Stadium in Walvis Bay.
The coastal clubs Kudus, Vikings, Sparta, Dolphins and Erongo Rugby Academy (ERA) will be in action as well as the under 15 and 19 teams of De Duine Secondary School and Swakopmund Secondary School (SSS).
In the first game of the day, De Duine’s under 15 will take on the under 15 team of SSS with the under 19 teams of De Duine and SSS will battle it out.
Exciting running rugby between the school teams are expected. De Duine who is playing in the Metropolitan Super schools League this year were on losing side in their first two league matches would like to get their first win of the season.
The game between ERA and Dolphins will be just exciting as Dolphins won the first game of the season between these two teams at their home ground in Swakopmund. ERA lost all their games thus far would like to make use of their home ground and get a win.
A hardcore game is expected between Kudus 2 and Sparta as the two teams will measure forces against each other after a very long time.
Sparta is the underdogs for this game as they are playing in the Namibian Rugby Union’s First Division league.
The final game of the day will be between Kudus 1 and Vikings. Vikings are currently unbeaten in the Namibian Rugby Union’s First Division league and want to build on it. This will be a hard game that awaits Kudus 1 and they will have to give their all in front their home crowed and show that they are the team to beat at the coast and that they are the coastal giants.
The clubs invites their supporters and the community to came and support the day.
The gate fees are N$20 per adult N$10 per car and N$10 per scholar.
The day’s program is:
De Duine under 15 vs SSS under 15 at 11:00
De Duine under 19 vs SSS under 19 at 12:20
ERA vs Dolphin at 13:40
Kudus 2 vs Sparta at 15:00
Kudus 1 vs Vikings at 16:20
