Safety and Security and Nampol high level delegation at the coast

The Minister of Safety and Security, Dr. Albert Kawana, and the Inspector-General of the Namibian Police, General Sebastian Ndeitunga, are on a two day visit to the coast.

The first order of business is a visit to the traffic checkpoint on the C14 east of Walvis Bay, followed by the inspection of a parade and briefing at the Kuisebmond police station.
It is also expected that the top officials will inspect progress being made in the construction of the new police regional headquarters in Kuisebmond.
Later this evening, Dr. Kawana, General Ndeitunga and the Governor of Erongo will accompany the police on crime prevention patrols to among others observe the public’s compliance with Covid-19 regulations.
Tomorrow, (Saturday 31 July 2021) the delegation will take part in a parade and briefing at the Mondesa police station in Swakopmund.
