Self-defense workshop to empower women and girls

This year’s International Women’s Day was celebrated with a twist, as women from various walks of life gathered at the Namibia RCFAI & Kickboxing Academy in Walvis Bay for a self-defense crash course.

The event that took place last Saturday was an initiative of Star Vision Communications, a public relations company with the main focus on social issues, in partnership with the Namibia RCFAI & Kickboxing Academy.
