Selma Kamanya visits the holiday resort

During her visit to the Erongo region this past Friday, Miss Namibia 2018, Selma Kamanya paid a courtesy visit to the Office of the Mayor. Kamanya is also a Patron of the SME Expo, which is scheduled to take place in October this year.

Miss Namibia had the opportunity to tour around the Swakopmund Municipality and also visited the First National Bank’s Mondesa Branch and Steckels Toyota in Swakopmund. The learners of De Duine Secondary School had the opportunity to spend time with Kamanya during their Matric Farewell on Saturday evening.
Kamanya said the SME Expo is a great initiative which elevates the standard of SME’s in Namibia as they are overlooked and marginalised due to more established companies. “This is an Expo that solely promotes SME’s and give them a platform to promote their products and services and it is a Namibian initiative, I proudly support SME’s”. The Mayor of Swakopmund Pauline Nashilundo was very honoured to receive Selma Kamanya at her Office and the staff of the Swakopmund Municipality were overwhelmed
