Setting the pace with parkrun

Every Saturday people take on the 5km parkrun in Swakopmund. Helena Kondjena, a Grade 6 pupil at Hanganeni Primary School is one such individual who turns up for parkrun every weekend. With 50 runs so far Helena has completed over 250km since she began parkrun last year. On Wednesday this week, Helena received an award and recognition for her consistency and commitment.
