Sparta trashed Kudus

Sparta Rugby Club scored 5 tries to clinch a 33 – 8 victory over Kudus III in the Namibia Rugby Union (NRU) first division league game played last Saturday at their rugby field in Walvis Bay.

This was a second win for Sparta and the first game for FNB Kudu III for the year and most properly their last for some time, as contact sports have again been banned due to Covid-19.
The try scores for Sparta were fullback Ronaldo Britze, right wing Lee-Anzo Losper, inside centre Malcolm Moore, number 8 Charl-ton Brussel and flank Radahwaan Mouton with outside centre Xander Coetzee successful with four conversions.
Kudus left wing Ethan Franz scored the only try for the Blues with scrum-half Llewellyn Koopman missed the conversion but was successful with a penalty kick for the visitors.
The game was hard and taught as it was blemished with yellow (4) and red (1) cards.
