This motorist in need of a course in logic thinking
A contractor conducting street tarring in Swakopmund was left flabbergasted by this motorist who drove over the newly tarred road because “it was taking too long”. the incident took place in the Vineta suburb.
“We understand the frustration when it comes to street tarring. Roads are closed and often people are inconvenienced when we work in front of gaters and garages facing the street. However, to do quality work takes longer”, the contractor explained this week. Under normal circumstances people only vent frustrations verbally, as they know that the tarring of the streets is a public service they receive and it makes things easier on the long run…
