Three accidents in less than 24 hours

In less than twenty-four hours between Tuesday and Wednesday morning of this week, three accidents involving pick-up trucks were reported in the coast region. Fortunately, no one was seriously injured in any of these incidents.
In the most recent incident, a pick-up truck seemingly veered off the road and overturned on the MR44 route (behind the dunes) after the driver lost control. The incident appears to have taken place in the early hours of Wednesday morning. Motorists on their way to work came across the scene and reported it to the relevant authorities. The driver of the vehicle was nowhere to be seen.
On Tuesday morning, a pick-up veered off the road and overturned on the Henties Bay-Swakopmund road. The driver reportedly lost control in wet road conditions, after an apparent tyre blow out. Fortunately, no injuries were reported.
Another accident was reported on Tuesday morning on the B2 coastal road when the driver of a pick-up truck near Langstrand lost control, causing the vehicle to veer off the road and overturn. Miraculously too, the driver only sustained minor injuries.
