Two arrested for live Pangolin

Two suspects were caught in possession of a live pangolin at Omaruru on Thursday (2 July). Romeo Kaonde (25) and George Tshikoyeni (19) were arrested after the pangolin, worth N$50 000, was found in their possession. The Police made the arrest of the two about 21 km from Omaruru on the main road towards Karibib at the farm Kamumbode West.
The suspects appeared in the Omaruru Magistrates Court on Friday.
