Koos van Bezuidenhout was the successful bidder of the replica of Vincent van Gogh’s “Starry Night”, which was painted by well-known artist Jean-Pierre Theron in the National Marine Aquarium in May 2016 (namib times reported).

This was now announced by Art Stop Namibia, where a silent auction for the piece was held in December. All funds generated through the sale were donated to CHAIN (Children with Handicaps Action in Namibia). Art Stop Namibia wishes to thank everybody who took part in the auction in support of the good cause.
