United Arab Emirates seeks greater ties with WBCG

A high-level delegation from the United Arab Emirates (UAE), representing the private office of His Highness, Sheikh Ahmed Dalmook Al Maktoum and the Abu Dhabi Ports Company, visited the Walvis Bay Corridor Group (WBCG) in Windhoek on Tuesday (1 June).

The delegation has met its Namibian counterparts to discuss possible areas of cooperation between Namibia and the UAE in the logistics sector.
The delegation was welcomed by the WBCG’s Chief Executive Officer, Mbahupu Tjivikua and his management team. The Walvis Bay Corridor Group at various occasions committed to further ties with the UAE.
