Walvis Bay’s Stevens moves and shakes South African Rugby

Damian Stevens, a 21 year old Namibian scrumhalf, who represented Namibia in England at the most recent Rugby World Cup, will be seen running out for the Sharks’ under-21 side as well as the senior side. This comes after he moves from Western Province to the Sharks ahead of the Nashua Currie Cup season.

Stevens is a product of Walvis Bay, starting his rugby career at Walvis Bay High School, before moving to Paarl High School. The talented rugby star has featured in the Varsity Shield for the University of the Western Cape and was also part of the Western Province Currie Cup qualifying squad.
