X marks the spot

In bid to enhance public hygiene, amidst the Covid-19 pandemic, people can resort to very ingenious measures to achieve that. On this picture: Checkers in the Dune Malls marked its shop floor with giant, distinctly red crosses, each cross serving as a spot for a person to stand on and in doing so maintaining personal distance from one another whilst queueing at the cashiers.
Social distancing is crucial in the fight against Covid-19 and with only hours to go before Erongo Region is partially locked down for a period of three weeks, we once again call on the Region’s inhabitants to each at individual level do its part in the fight against Covid-19.
