Namibia’s Prosecutor-General Martha Imalwa described Namibian courts this week as “places of postponements”. Imalwa addressed law enforcers and state prosecutors on Tuesday, as part of her visit to the Erongo Region. The Prosecutor-General also urged prosecutors and the Police to get a better grip on the way bail applications are handled.
