A head-on collision has been reported just before the row of palm trees at the entrance into Walvis Bay.

According to eyewitness reports, the crash occurred on the main approach into town near the palm tree stretch. The exact circumstances leading to the collision are still unclear at this stage.

Emergency services had not yet arrived at the scene at the time of reporting. The extent of possible injuries or damage has not been confirmed.

Motorists are urged to proceed with extreme caution, reduce speed, and expect possible delays in the area.
