Walvis Bay author, leadership coach and speaker Estelle Tjipuka has added another major achievement to her growing list of international accolades after being honoured at the International Impact Book Awards (IIBA) in the United States.

Video footage from the awards ceremony shows Tjipuka on stage receiving her recognition and addressing guests at the prestigious event. She was celebrated for her work as an author and her contribution to leadership development, particularly through her book, Breaking into the Boardroom – A Guide for Women.

Tjipuka’s achievement represents a significant moment for Namibia, as her work carries a strong message of empowering women to pursue leadership positions and confidently participate in decision-making spaces.

The recognition follows her selection as a finalist for Author of the Year at the International Impact Book Awards. She had earlier been announced as the winner of the Leadership Category for her book.
