RDI Kudus Rugby Club’s Reserve side continued their impressive home form with a thrilling 42–31 victory over Wanderers in an entertaining Reserve League encounter.

The Walvis Bay outfit produced an attacking masterclass to cross the 40-point mark, but were made to work hard for the result as a determined Wanderers side kept the pressure on throughout the contest.

Kudus showed plenty of attacking intent from the opening exchanges, repeatedly finding ways through the Wanderers defence and converting their opportunities into valuable points.

Their 42-point haul ultimately proved decisive, as the home side secured an 11-point victory and maintained their unbeaten record on home ground. Wanderers refused to back down and matched Kudus with an impressive 31 points of their own, ensuring the match remained competitive and entertaining from start to finish.

The result highlights the attacking strength within the Kudus Reserve squad, whose ability to turn pressure into points once again proved crucial when it mattered most. For Wanderers, the 31-point performance provides plenty of encouragement despite the defeat. However, the team will know that defensive improvements will be required ahead of their next league assignment.

For Kudus, the victory represents another important step in their Reserve League campaign and further strengthens confidence within a squad that continues to impress at home.
