Suené Venter made history at Rossmund Golf Club on Saturday, becoming the first player to record back-to-back victories in the 2026 Nedbank for Good Golf Series.

A field of 52 players took to the tee for Round 10 of the series, with Venter continuing her impressive run after claiming victory at Mariental in the previous round.

Venter produced a personal-best performance at Rossmund, finishing on an impressive 35 points to secure another victory and write her name into the history of the 2026 series. Her back-to-back triumph highlights her growing consistency and puts her firmly among the standout performers of this year’s competition.

In the men’s division, Fabie Shilongo delivered a superb round to take the honours with an outstanding 41 points. Shilongo, who has previously tasted victory at Oranjemund Golf Club, once again showed his class by producing a commanding performance against a strong field.

His 41-point haul was enough to see him claim the men’s title and underline his status as one of the series’ leading contenders. The Rossmund round once again showcased the competitive spirit and growing popularity of the Nedbank for Good Golf Series, bringing golfers together while providing an opportunity for players of different levels to compete on some of Namibia’s finest courses.

The winners were pictured with Julian Stoffels, Foreign Exchange Trading | Nedbank Treasury, following another successful round of the series. Venter’s historic achievement will, however, remain one of the major talking points from Rossmund and the challenge is now on for her fellow competitors to stop her from making it three in a row.
